SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface preparation is one of the most important factors for the success of Epoxy floor, So FLOOR IN company is always interested in using the best and latest types of machines that achieve this according to the requirements of the floor.
MOISTURE LEVEL
Surface moisture is measured before implementation using measuring devices so that it does not exceed 4%.
PRIMER
A layer of epoxy primer was applied to increase and strengthen the cohesion of the concrete sur- face, as the primer is one of the very important steps in implementing the stages of epoxy walls.
PUTTY
A layer of epoxy putty was applied to level the con- crete surface, prepare the walls for finishing, and treat any worn parts.
FINISHING
The walls are completely finished with Coating epoxy in the customer’s preferred colors, as there are many colors available for epoxy wall systems.
